This year in addition to submitting a hard copy tracking sheet with donations, parents are required to enter donor information via the St. Elizabeth Read-A-Thon Donations Google Form available HERE!

Please note: Address information is required for ALL donors. Those requesting a tax receipt for donations over $20 must provide an email address. A tax receipt will be issued via email only to those who request one.
